As a Child Care Resource and Referral agency one of 4C’s most important responsibilities is to equip others to support our mission to improve the affordability, accessibility, and quality of child care and early education. We meet this responsibility by providing members of our community with access to learning materials, data, current research, fellowship opportunities, and by being a leading voice for best practices.
